The new N-32 is an operator unit and handset in one device. It provides all the controls for operating digital communications equipment while also acting as the handset for voice communication. This cuts installation costs and saves precious space in the vehicle.

Convenient

The N-32 combines ergonomic design, outstanding acoustics and excellent user convenience in one unit. The rugged housing sits comfortably in the hand whichever way you use it. Even left-handed users can operate all the functions easily with one hand. The colour graphics display can also show high-resolution photos and is easy to read even under difficult conditions. All controls are illuminated, with individual brightness adjustment. A noise-cancelling microphone guarantees high speech quality even in noisy environments.

Versatile

Thanks to its versatile design, the new operator handset can be modified precisely to suit specific customer requirements and can be developed with the user to provide made-to-order solutions. This makes the N-32 particularly attractive to system integrators who wish to integrate it in their own systems and applications.
 
 

The N-32 offers a large range of customization options:

• All 30 buttons can be programmed according to customer wishes.
• The software that executes the operating functions can be modified to meet customer requirements.
• The N-32 can be provided with software filters that are designed to a customer specification for different ambient conditions, e.g. to suppress noise or echoes.
• Instead of the standard LVDS interface, the N-32 can also have a custom interface, for instance an Ethernet interface that allows the use of VoIP.
• Digital or analog transmission of voice signals is possible.
• Customers can select the colour they require for the body, keypad face and coiled cable, as well as the lettering and symbols printed on the keypad.
• The N-32 can be fitted with a different cable if required.
